Facilities Management Development Centre Programme

Management development is difficult to measure, especially if you do not take any readings before development starts. For the same reason you are equally unable to tell whether, when or even where you might have arrived!

Management development is surely too important to be treated in this casual manner. Organisations are desperately trying to improve management capacity and individual capability and a key requirement is to collect meaningful baseline information before embarking on further developmental journeys.

The Development Centre programme offers the opportunity for individuals to evaluate themselves against a series of management competencies and identify their strengths and development needs. The Centre provides a “safe environment” with its success enhanced by an objective, criteria-based process.programmeoffers the opportunity for individuals to evaluate themselves against a series of management competencies and identify their strengths and development needs.
