Richard Darch will now take the role of Executive Chairman, and will lead the growth of international markets. Archus says the changes underpin a new five-year strategy for the firm, which has ambitions to grow its healthcare consulting services, both in the UK and into new international territories, including Ireland, Canada, and Australia.
Shane Dineen has been a founding member of Archus since its formation in 2017, where he has overseen the growth of the South West region, along with leading the company’s Strategic Sales and People functions. As MD, he will lead the business in the delivery of its future strategy. He said: “Over the last five years we have worked incredibly hard to build a company with a philosophy focused on people – from clinicians and clients, to local communities and our own valued team members. Healthcare continues to be a vital part of human society, but it is becoming increasingly complex to deliver. As Archus has grown, so has our ability to support our partners in health systems to be innovative and creative in pursuit of fit-for-purpose healthcare provision for future generations. We are incredibly proud of what has been achieved to date, and look forward to delivering on our future ambitions.”
Victoria Head joined Archus in 2021 as head of Programme and Project Management, bringing ‘a proven track record in the delivery of complex, multi-million-pound projects’. As director of Commercial and Performance, she will lead the ongoing improvement and integration of all Archus service areas, ‘to ensure consistency, innovation, sustainability, and quality’ across its growing number of UK, Irish, and international offices.
Shane Dineen said: “Victoria is a seasoned professional in infrastructure development and healthcare, where she is recognised as leading some of the most successful schemes across her 20-year career. Since joining in 2021, she has been a fantastic and valued addition to Archus and her appointment to the role of Commercial and Performance Director will make a significant contribution to our business, valued team members, partners and clients.”
Archus provides strategic and infrastructure advice to health and social care clients, with a team of health planners, clinicians, project managers, strategic advisors, and technical specialists who work on major projects across the UK and internationally.
