In addition, you will ensure that the Trust has an efficient, responsive, comprehensive, effective and high-quality Estates Service. This will be achieved by adhering to and delivering the contractual and KPI requirements set out in the project agreement.

As Head of Estates for Sodexo, you will lead the front-line management team responsible for delivering high-quality FM services at Stoke Mandeville Hospital through our PFI contract. This role involves overseeing planned preventative maintenance, reactive services, and resource management to ensure that client needs are met while adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs). You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and optimising financial performance within agreed budgets.
