We have extensive experience working in healthcare environments both acute and non acute. Some of the services you may be interested in are:

• Authorising Engineer (Lifts) services. Duties as defined in HTM08-02 including appointment assessment and audits referencing HTMs, BS, CQC and PAM
• Passenger release training. Initial and refresher training including classroom theory and practical training as defined in HTM08-02 (2016)
• Independent maintenance quality auditing. This is a structured and objective audit generating a quality score ideal for trending contractor performance. It is also a requirement of HTM 08-02 (Maintenance Audits – section 10.35)
• Lift maintenance contract procurement. Bespoke engineering specifications using public sector contracts.

• New lift installation. Design specification and technical oversight including commissioning
