NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 58th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Institute will be held at Manchester Central Convention Complex (room 5 & 6), Petersfield, Manchester M2 3GX at 13:10pm on Tuesday 21st October 2025
to transact the following business:
This meeting is being held to transact the following business:
- To receive the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 08th October 2024.
- To receive a report from the President on the Institutes achievements in the previous year.
- To receive a report from the Chief Executive Officer about the Institutes future.
- To receive and consider the Annual Report and the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2024.
- To transact any special business of the Institute – Receive and approve the updated Articles of Association which replace all previous filings. To download a full copy of the Articles please see the link below
- To appoint new Auditors and authorise Council to fix their remuneration
- To approve the Elections to Council.
