Austco Healthcare make sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff.

Austco are a global manufacturer of Healthcare Telecommunication Solutions and have been supplying, installing and maintaining our HTM08-03 compliant systems in the UK for over 20 years. We have been providing and supporting systems in Hospitals (both NHS and Private), Care Homes, Hospices, Medical Centers and Mental Health Institutions. Our clinical communication solutions help staff provide the best possible patient care, and our call systems come in the form of our IP system Tacera, as well as our digital system Medicom. With either solution we also offer a Staff Attack solution.

As you might expect, Tacera being our IP nurse Call System offers the latest in technology, and has many advanced features including:
Pulse Reports (Advanced Reporting and Dashboards), Pulse Mobile (Alarms and Alerts to mobile devices), Clinical Workflow and Built-in RTLS (Remote location tracking system).

We offer a modular approach to our technology enabled care solutions, whereby the customer chooses which of the modules are best suited to their environment / requirements, and therefore the system is streamlined in terms of cost and functionality.

As well as the innovation of built-in advanced features, we also integrate with a number of other products, and are always open to discussion on the next integration. Our latest innovation is to provide voice recognition and even with our digital system Medicom, we are still looking into new integrations including integrating with anti-ligature door sensors.

In the new age of modular construction, our modular approach to our systems lends itself to the latest in modular building techniques, but is equally suited to more traditional methods of healthcare construction.
