RSP (The Richard Stephens Partnership Ltd)

The RSP was established in 1987 by Richard Stephens and David Hammond and is now a well-respected and highly successful Building Services Consultancy based in Edenbridge, Kent.
In 2004 we became a limited company and had a reputable presence in the Healthcare Sector. Two further directors joined Richard and David to enable diversification further into the commercial, leisure and residential sectors amongst others, they were Andrew Paterson and Peter Smiles.
After 29 years of sustained growth, in 2016 The RSP went through an Internal Management Buy Out which saw Richard Stephens and David Hammond retire. Gerry Connor (Electrical Director) and Stephen Cowlin (Mechanical Director) joined Andrew and Peter to continue in the first-class service it provides to both Clients and the professional team.
The consultancy has gained significant and valuable project experience across most work sectors; however, it is the healthcare, laboratory and education sectors in particular, where RSP can really showcase their strength and expertise. We have an impressive portfolio of clients and projects which is mostly repeat business and term agreements.
