Job Title: Estates Supervisor
Overview
A member of the Estates Department responsible for the effective management and control of the servicing infrastructure, and the associated trade staff and maintenance assistants.

Salary
£24K-£37K
Formal Qualifications, education & training required
- Ideally holds an NVQ Level 3
- A fully trained time served Craftsperson who followed a recognised apprenticeship, i.e., CITB, EITB or equivalent.
- City and Guilds course pass level 2-3 in any relevant production and maintenance engineering discipline.
- Suitably qualified to supervisor or management level.
- Certification to show compliance and understanding of the current IEE Regulations
- Mechanical Maintenance up to a standard of NVQ level 2 or equivalent is preferred.
Essential skills and competencies
- Basic computer skills, Compilation of timesheets, Must be able to communicate at all levels within the Trust and externally
- Ability to interpret data
- Report writing

Essential experience
- Previous employment in a supervisory capacity.
Previous experience of HV, LV and ELV systems, relevant specialist knowledge in hospital systems
