Job Title: Project Support Officer Admin -small works/CAD
Overview
- The post holder will provide clerical and administrative project support to the Estates Capital Team, inclusive but not exclusive of general administration as and when required.
- This job role typically includes support in the co-ordination, scoping, and implementation of projects within Business Units and Trust-wide.
- You will support the Head of Projects and the rest of the Projects Team in ensuring projects are established, run, and monitored as part of the Trust’s annual Capital Plan.
- You will engage and support clinical and management teams to drive forward rapid redesign and deliver change.
- You will be a key member of the Projects Team and responsible for supporting the Head of Projects and support in the delivery of projects on a variety of topics – both clinical and non-clinical.

Formal Qualifications, education & training required
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent City and Guilds qualification
or
- Proven level of experience, equivalent to NVQ level 3

Essential experience
- Experience of providing advice to outside agencies i.e. building and engineering contractors, architects, etc. when operating in a hospital environment.
- Responsibilities for policy and service development and implementation, various financial and physical resources, will be required to be computer literate and have the ability to analyse and interpret data
- Produce reports relevant to the programme of work
- Undertakes audit and research in relation to projects.
