The Yorkshire branch of the institute are partnering with DAC Beechcroft and Omega Asbestos Consulting to deliver an informative CPD event on the following:

DAC Beechcroft

• Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards regulations
• Building Safety Act 2022
• Green Leases and Lease Heads of Terms

Omega Asbestos Consulting

• Avoiding an asbestos health scare
• Safe and effective asbestos compliance ‘pre-flight checks’
• How to become a leading example rather than a warning to others

Capacity for this event is limited to 30 persons for which priority will be given to IHEEM members. However, there is also an opportunity to join the event virtually.

There will  be a branch social networking event afterwards in Leeds.
