Presentation Summary :  This is a high-level presentation, aimed at those who may have an interest in understanding how and why steam is such a reliable and efficient carrier of thermal energy; why steam will be relevant in many Healthcare facilities for years to come; and how green steam can be generated sustainably, and without a reliance on fossil fuels – thereby moving towards decarbonised steam in the years to come whilst retaining the original Energy Center; Water Treatment; Distribution network; Plant Rooms and Heat Exchangers on site

Dan Wells is the National Consultant Specialist for Spirax Sarco, providing Educational; Technical and Commercial support for Consultant Design Engineers; EPCs and Contractors across the UK & ROI. Working closely with the Spirax Sarco’s Area Engineering & Project Teams, Dan has many years’ experience with a broad range of Industrial Applications, working across many Engineering Disciplines.

Vikram Bhardwaj   Experienced leader in Smart & Sustainable Buildings with over 18 years of expertise in Business Development, Solution Advisory, Demand Generation and Application Engineering. Skilled in fully integrated On-Premise and Cloud-based Building and Energy Management System solutions. Proven track record in driving new business development and providing technical insights for integrated solutions. Vikram is a Dip.Mech. Engineer (EngTech) with certifications in International Business, GAMP5, Network Protocols, AI/ML,  Data Analysis, Smart Cities, Smart Data Centres, Digital Transformation with specialization in IoT. He is also an active member of CIBSE, IOR and ASHRAE. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Vikram Bhardwaj is a dynamic leader driving innovation and sustainable solutions in the realm of Smart Buildings and Energy Management. Saeed Akhtar  Has been involved with numerous innovation ideas and projects over the past 25 years with the BMS industry. He explains how the current movement to provide further smart offerings through use of data that is available from a building is exciting and opened further value for our customers in continuing the drive for increased efficiencies in resource management, energy usage, occupants experience etc. Saeed is a Connected Building Software Consultant at Honeywell working with customers to deliver operating/sustainability efficiencies and value which are tailored to cater for each specific requirement.
