Due restrictions related to COVID-19 and following the mandatory Welsh Government Guidance. The Annual General Meeting of the Wales Regional Branch of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management. Will be held online − at 16.00-16.30pm GMT on Friday 30th April 2021.

1. Opening and Apologies for Absence
2. To receive the minutes of last Annual General Meeting that was held, branch report, IHEEM HQ Report 2020 IHEEM AGM 2020 on 09 December2020.
3. The presentation by Chairman of the Wales Branch Report and Honorary Treasurer’s audited Annual Balance Sheet and Business statement for the year ended 31 December 2020.
4. The appointment and re-appointment of Branch Officers and Committee Members for Wales Branch Committee 2021/20225. Closing and Date of Next AGM Arrangements for this Annual General Meeting are subject to changing UK and Welsh Government legislation and restrictions in response to the COVID 19 pandemic.
