IHEEM and Step are doing all we can to ensure you are able to travel to Manchester (and back) and

We are currently investigating travel options for visitors and delegates to Leeds and Liverpool.
Seats are now being offered to our Speakers, Chairs, Delegates, VIP attendees and IHEEM members but are limited and need to be booked in advance by the 30th September – use the following link to make your booking: https://hce14.formstack.com/forms/healthcare_estates_transport_2022
Everyone who books a seat on the coach will be able to collect a complimentary ‘Grab and Go Snack Pack’ to enjoy on their journey home.
3 Complimentary Buffet Supper on Wednesday 5 Oct
If you are unable to travel back on Wednesday and will be staying an extra night in Manchester, you are very welcome to join IHEEM and STEP as our guest at a buffet supper being held in the venue. Please feel free come along between 6pm – 8pm to relax and enjoy some post-show hospitality.
4 Trams are still running Wednesday 5 Oct
Getting the tram to/from Manchester Airport couldn’t be easier by using the Metrolink tram service to travel to and from the airport, as it stops right in The Station at the airport itself. It is then just a 5 – 15 minute walk to get to and from the terminals, depending on which one you’re visiting, with moving walkways throughout.
Trams to Manchester city centre – With over 90 stops, the Metrolink connects all parts of Manchester, no matter where you’re heading. Trams run direct from the airport to just outside the city, where you can change for a short tram ride to the centre. Alternatively, there are frequent connections to the rest of the network, with trams heading towards Altrincham, Bury, Ashton-under-Lyne, East Didsbury, Eccles and Rochdale. Further details can be found here https://www.manchesterairport.co.uk/getting-to-andfrom/by-tram/
We hope that the measures we have put in place at short notice will allow you to come and enjoy this fantastic event, which is set to be the largest in its history.
