Bio :

Jason is the Managing Director of Beattie Flanigan Consulting Engineers and a Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in healthcare, defence commercial and industrial Engineering projects. He has an extensive knowledge in High Voltage and Low Voltage complex critical infrastructure Electrical and Building Services Engineering. 

Jason is an IHEEM Registered Authorising Engineer for both HV and LV Electrical systems providing independent advice to healthcare organisations with responsibility for monitoring and auditing the application of HTM’s 06-01, 06-02 and 06-03. 

He is a member of the IHEEM Electrical Technical Platform, represents IHEEM on the BSI JPELB/64 technical committee for BS7671 and is a Professional Review Interviewer.

As a technical member of IOSH and an affiliate member of the Commissioning Specialists Association, Jason is a strong advocate of promoting and enhancing Electrical safety and the vital importance of successful and thorough commissioning of Electrical systems.
