PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT FORM
IHEEM have partnered with the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) as their 2021-2022 Faraday Challenge theme partner.
As part of this, we are requesting members to submit images of themselves in a work setting to highlight the different job roles within the Estates workforce.
Before you submit your images please read and complete the photography consent form below:

Permitted Usage | The IET may use the content as follows: to publicise and market the work of the IET.to be made publicly available in any IET media including print copies and/or on the IET’s websites (addresses above). to be made available to the national press, other news, or industry media (both print and web). to be made available to organisations with whom the IET collaborates on its educational activities for the purposes of publicising the IET and the work of the IET more widely. |
Terms | The taking of photographs, video footage, audio recordings of individuals and the granting of permission for use will constitute an agreement on the terms set out in this form between the IET and the individual being photographed, filmed, recorded. The IET will treat all personal data in accordance with the provisions of the UK General Data Protection Regulation. The Content will be securely stored on the servers along with a copy of this consent form. Only authorised IET staff will have access to the stored copies of the Content. The IET will only retain the personal data to satisfy those purposes and will remove the personal data from its systems when no longer required, and in any event at a maximum of five years. Where the IET processes the personal data of individuals, subject access rights are in operation. |
